Their approach has always been simple and direct. They use whatever tools are available to inspire them. The starting point is drums, bass, and guitar. But new technologies add atmosphere and expose their ideas.

They are more dark than light, more strong than weak, more direct.

Movment produce raw, intense, engaging, and real alternative rock music with guitars, electronics, bass, drums and experiments with sound.

Movment make observations on life and living
Movment are not light-minded, hollow, or superficial
They mean what they say

The challenges of modern living are always on their minds. And the recent polarisation of views worldwide, the falsehoods and inaccuracies that surround us, have made an impact.

What is truth? what is fake? The new single PROPAGANDA explores those ideas and argues “There is another way”

How did we get here? There is a divergence. Between left and right, rich and poor, within families. The new album Transformation explores some of those situations. We are bombarded with information, opinions, viewpoints and words. We drown in ideas, in solutions, in propaganda. We seek wisdom, knowledge, and enlightenment. There needs to be a TRANSFORMATION from where we are now.

Although guitars and bass are at the heart of their sound, it is hard to ignore the electronics that have infiltrated Movment’s core. Movment are hard to pin down and will evolve further as music moves forward.

The new album from Movment is available from 02 December 2021, a significant date.

It explores What We Are, and goes deep down into their consciousness to find that they have grown up. They’ve been through it before. They can see why they exist. Movment examine What Way Should It Be. They are taking it all in. Eventually everything will be clear. We can only give it our best shot. Your Time is NOW!
