{"id":88034,"date":"2022-05-31T10:22:25","date_gmt":"2022-05-31T09:22:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nijimagazine.com\/?p=88034"},"modified":"2022-05-31T10:43:06","modified_gmt":"2022-05-31T09:43:06","slug":"tokyo-based-rb-producer-and-artist-vivaola-gathers-his-frequent-collaborators-of-rising-rap-artists-wez-atlas-and-jua-for-new-track-ghost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nijimagazine.com\/2022\/05\/tokyo-based-rb-producer-and-artist-vivaola-gathers-his-frequent-collaborators-of-rising-rap-artists-wez-atlas-and-jua-for-new-track-ghost\/","title":{"rendered":"Tokyo based R&#038;B Producer and artist VivaOla gathers his frequent collaborators of rising rap artists Wez Atlas and Jua for new track &#8216;Ghost&#8217;\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LDrXquJPoPY\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Tokyo based R&amp;B Producer and singer-songwriter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/viva0la\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VivaOla<\/a> has gathered his frequent collaborators of rising rap artists <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/wezzyatlas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wez Atlas<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/salty_jua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jua<\/a> for a new track &#8216;Ghost.&#8217; The new track released on May 25, 2022 through Hip Land Music is the trio&#8217;s third collaboration song together following their previous songs &#8216;NEO EGO&#8217; and &#8216;Vise Le Haut&#8217; The latter also being remixed by Grammy-nominated producer StarRo.<\/p>\n<p>VivaOla\u2019s hypnotic melody meshes well with his production to highlight the different lyrical flows of his counterparts Wez Atlas and Jua. The lyrics in the chorus offer words of advice to a loved one who could be in a broken relationship or going through hardship.<\/p>\n<p>On the song VivaOla states:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cWe really just wanted to make a great song this time around. I\u2019ve noticed lately that a lot of us struggle to practice self-love, especially during these pandemic times. VivaOla released his debut full length album Juliet is the moon in 2021, as well as producing and writing music with other artists. Jua recently was featured on the ermoi remixed track of Sen Morimoto\u2019s \u201cLove, Money Pt. 2\u201d. And Wez Atlas recently released his single \u201c(Da Da Da) Day Ones\u201d featuring singer Sagiri S\u00f3l.<\/p>\n<p>The video was shot at a collapsed resort facility in Fukushima, Japan. In this video, VivaOla, Wez Atlas and Jua give their own respective interpretations of the main theme of the lyrics written by VivaOla, which is &#8220;I felt that it was time to take a fresh look at myself and my surroundings, since our surroundings are a mirror of ourselves\u201d.
